We’re like most data companies in a lot of ways. We all talk about the roadmap a lot. We make many slides, and the big screen in the conference room never works the first time. We have some office dogs and we don’t try to be a “pizza party” company but pizza keeps showing up anyway. There's a speaker in the GBG- kitchen where Håkan is not allowed to choose the music. We have a bell we ring when we sign a deal, mostly because Sales wanted a gong and we had to tell them to get a grip. We’re bad at booking meeting rooms and somehow always surprised by it. We take recycling seriously. If you leave your charger unattended, it’s no longer your charger. We work hard but don't play very hard, although one time we rented a party bus. We sometimes go for beers or to realise we are better at software than shuffleboard(and seriously, no one likes shuffleboard). We’ve made far too many custom emojis for Slack, and we absolutely overuse gifs in internal presentations. We care about what we do and even wear the company merch in our spare time.
