Gudbrandsdal Energi deliver Business Energy Insights to Norwegian SMEs

London, 17th of October 2025 – The Energy Saver App project has been recognised at the edie Net Zero Awards 2025, taking home the Smart Systems and Flexibility Project of the Year title. The award celebrates a pioneering collaboration between Oxfordshire County Council, SMS (through its Metis platform), Eliq, MyUtilityGenius, Engage Consulting, Solar Systems 365 and Growth Guides, delivered under the Alternative Energy Markets programme and funded by the Department for Energy Security and Net Zero.

Gudbrandsdal Energi has selected Eliq’s Business Energy Insights, including the Energy Usage Categories (EUC) and Advice features, to strengthen engagement and support growth in its small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) customer segment.

Eliq has a long-standing relationship with Gudbrandsdal Energi, having already helped the utility engage 70% of its residential customers through smart energy insights. Building on this success, the utility is now extending similar capabilities to the SME segment, which shares many of the same needs for transparency, efficiency, and cost control.
